Website for Kristal

For Kristal, a construction company specializing in modern residential complexes, we created a user-friendly and technologically advanced website focused on the needs of potential buyers.

One of the key objectives was to make the apartment selection process as simple, transparent, and visually clear as possible. We developed a search system where users can:

•conveniently browse residential complexes organized by buildings;

• enter each building and see in real time which apartments are still available for sale;

• explore floor plans in both 2D and 3D formats — this is especially important for buyers who want to feel the space and get a clear idea of how their future home will look;

• submit mortgage requests directly through the website, without the need for calls or in-person visits.

All of this works within a clean, modern interface we designed from scratch, based on Kristal’s new brand book. We paid great attention to visual aesthetics and UX: the interface is light, intuitive, and responsive across all devices.
